to join our pre-opening team for an exciting new hotel project in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur (official hotel name to be announced soon). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant and banquet operations, maintaining service excellence, and leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
This vacancy is a pre-screening process, project will estimate to start on January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations including restaurant and banquet functions.
Lead and motivate service staff to provide consistent, high-quality service in line with hotel standards.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient communication and service flow.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards in all service areas.
Support in stock control, order placements, and inventory checks.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of F&B operations and customer service standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and guest-focused personality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
