Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Able to work at Nilai or Sabah or Uptown
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow
Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
Assist with inventory management and stock control
