Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of assigned outlets (restaurant & hall) to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on menu knowledge, upselling points, guest expectations, and task assignments.
Oversee service flow including table setup, reservations, guest seating, order-taking, and billing accuracy.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, buffet setups, and equipment before and after service.
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and grooming standards.
Welcome guests, handle special requests, and resolve service issues; escalate major concerns to the Executive.
Monitor service timing and coordinate closely with the Kitchen team for smooth food & beverage delivery.
Supervise cash handling, bill settlements, and prepare end-of-shift reports.
Control stock levels of condiments, beverages, and linen; submit requisitions when needed.
Provide on-the-job training for new staff and refresher training for existing team members.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and hotel health & safety procedures.
Support banquet/event setup, service flow, and post-event teardown.
Assist with outlet-level revenue, expenses, and variance reports for P&L preparation.
Review daily sales reports, voids, discounts, and complimentary items for accuracy.
Monitor stock usage and wastage for effective cost control.
Provide monthly feedback on outlet performance including sales trends and guest demands.
Support action plans to improve cost control, upselling, and service standards.

Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum
1 year experience as an F&B Supervisor
.
Experience in the
hotel industry is an added advantage
.
Fluent in
Bahasa Malaysia and English
.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
