We are now looking for Outlet Supervisor!

Job Responsibility:

-Perform weekly roster planning to ensure adequate manpower for the team.
-Monitor opening, mid and closing of shifts.
-Perform sales forecasting and guide team members on the daily kitchen preparation according to forecasting.
-Prepare food and beverages and ensure team members prepare the food and beverages according to SOP.
-Perform Stock planning & ordering by using POS system.
-Escalate customer complaints or operation issues to management.
-Deploy customer service standards to drive the organisation's customer experience goal.
-Develop strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profiles.
-Mentor and train new staff.
-Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
-Rectify any equipment failure or incident that will result in operation downtime.

Requirements:

- Detail-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities with ability to supervise team members
- good in dealing with customers & resolve issues
- prefer candidates with minimum 1 year related experience in F&B industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
