Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Malaysian citizen
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set
Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints politely
Assist with bill preparation and payment process
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
