Job Description
Job SummaryThis critical role as this engineer in charge of 2 key processes; Lid Attach and Laser Mark, where Lid Attached is whole line bottleneck process for FC. Besides driving yield improvement, engineering improvement activities and operational daily tasks, these roles also needed to support urgent new NPI/NTI, new equipment to support ATKL FC expansion and internalization with multiple qualification.Key responsibility and Competencies
- Identify and implement process improvement activities through defined methodology
- Ability to think innovatively to improve process and procedures.
- Handle and investigate quality issues including low yield or maverick cases
- Technical Lead assembly related issues or cost reduction projects
- Lead and share knowledge with process and equipment team
- Excellent analytical and Data interpretation skills
- Good SPC, Process Control and other relevant statistical & problem solving skills
- \xe2\x80\x8bBachelor/Master in related engineering courses.
- Experience in assembly equipment and semiconductor packaging will be an added advantage.
