The job incumbent is responsible to

Assesses and incharge of FC Ball Attached and Final Optical inspection processes and workflows. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures. In additional, the successful candidate shall be responsible to improve productivities efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Identify and implement process improvement activities through defined methodology
Ability to think innovatively to improve process and procedures.
Handle and investigate quality issues including low yield or maverick cases
Technical Lead assembly related issues or cost reduction projects

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Material, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and MS office skills.
1-2 years working experience as process/NPI engineer is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and efficient communication skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
A certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt will be added advantage.
