Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career an FCC Operator for Setia City Mall. If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you.Your duties include but to limited to the following:Operate and monitor CCTV including taking the necessary footage and recordingCoordinating and monitor roving security team operation and deployment.Assist and operate building control and maintenance systems (BCS), air handling unit (AHU), and handling with technical support information for elevators, escalators, and travellators.RequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years experience in handling Building Control System (BCS) a compulsory requirement for this role.Essential to this role is experience in trouble shooting of fire alarm systems (FAS) and handling panic buttons.You have experience working with IT systems and self-starter with a strong focus on safety and quality.Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skill.Able to work in shifts (based on their roster) including on weekends and Public Holidays.
