Lengkap vaksinasi (minimum 2 dos). Memiliki

Lesen GDL

dan

Lesen Kelas E

yang sah. Berumur antara

29 - 45 tahun

serta berada dalam keadaan sihat. Tiada rekod jenayah dan bebas daripada

saman JPJ/Polis
