Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Create and format
training slides
and presentation materials.
Generate and consolidate
daily/weekly/monthly reports
from
Panda Retail System
(Back Office / MRP / POS / Cash Management).
Maintain accurate data using
MS Office
,
Google Drive
, and
Google Spreadsheet
.
Coordinate with outlets and departments to ensure SOP and report compliance.
Support operation audits and documentation updates.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Familiar with
.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in retail (mart, supermarket, or hypermarket environment).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
