- Responsible for fiber operations and Fault management nationwide for timely fault resolution.
- Manage partners/vendors on network outages or faults.
- Drive stable network and service availability of fiber network within SLA through corrective maintenance and planned preventive maintenance.
- Support fiber project rollout on design review and acceptance.
- Involvement in continuous improvement plans in regards to fiber operation SOP, processes, contracts and way of working.
- Reengineering and design review with technical domains.
- At least 3-8 years experience in the IT/telecommunications industry or relevant working experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a telco environment with fiber rollout and operations & maintenance
- Experience in fiber operations and maintenance will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in managing network operations and maintenance programs, especially in Permitting Transport Fiber
- Extensive experience in cellular network implementation, in the context of operation & maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders
