Key Responsibilities

Install routers, modems, and related devices for FTTH projects. Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing. Maintain, service, and troubleshoot network and infrastructure equipment. Conduct on-site surveys and provide technical support to customers. Ensure all installation and maintenance works comply with safety and quality standards. Prepare basic technical reports and updates on service activities.

Requirements

Previous experience with UNIFI installation is an advantage. Experience in network maintenance and troubleshooting preferred. Knowledge and hands-on experience with fiber optic splicing required. Strong understanding of FTTH network concepts and infrastructure. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team. Good problem-solving skills and customer service mindset. Willing to travel to customer sites when required. Possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
