Description:\xe2\x97\x8f Make sure there are enough items/ devices, materials, tools, including the arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for end to end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers\xe2\x97\x8f Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers Premises Equipment (CPE)\xe2\x97\x8f Perform triple-play services testing which included High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via company\'s speed test webpage, perform test call from VOIP phone (incoming and outgoing calls and takedowns the recordings)\xe2\x97\x8f Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products\xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for long term partnershipJob Requirements:
