Please note that this is not a job for drivers! What will you do: Source freelance drivers through diverse channels, both online and offline. Creatively promote the app. Stay informed about app features and updates to assist drivers and customers effectively. Manage driver registration processes. Attain targets set by management. What we expect from you: Outdoor work capability. Proficiency in direct sales, and driver acquisition, including driver sourcing. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Enthusiasm and creativity in promoting delivery apps. What we offer: Initial training Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends off. Employment Type: Full-time, temporary contract. Compensation: Fixed salary plus bonuses.
