Is focused during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services. May deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales, as part of their tasks.As a Post Sales Field Application Engineer, you will provide support to customers on Agilent Chromatography Instrumentation and/or Spectroscopy Instrumentation. Your primary responsibility will be providing on-site technical, applications support and customer training. Working together as One Agilent. May also contribute to pre-sales activities. Determines and develops approaches to system/application engineering service assignments. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties. Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.This position will be based in KL/Selangor region.Qualifications
