The Field Application Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting customers with technical expertise and solutions in the industrial/manufacturing industry. This position is based in Penang and focuses on providing tailored engineering support to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.

• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving product-related challenges.
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical capabilities.
• Assist in the development and design of customized solutions for customer applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Support new product launches by providing technical expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering and manufacturing technologies.

A successful Field Application Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field is a must.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
• Knowledge of analog circuitry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
