FIELD COACHMALAYSIARESPONSIBILITIESJoin the world of refined luxury and sophistication as a Field Coach, where we transcend conventional beauty norms. We are seeking is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to Beauty Advisors (BAs) and retail staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. This role requires traveling to various retail locations, conducting workshops, and ensuring that all team members are well-versed in the brand's standards and protocols.YOUR MAIN FOCUS:Training Delivery:

• Conduct in-store training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for Beauty Advisors and retail staff with the objective of helping BAs sharpen their selling competencies, overcome selling challenges, and assessing BA's potential and performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Provide post training reports to give ongoing perspective on individuals and teams in terms of competencies, learning needs and attitude.
• Review together with Retail Excellence Executive and Specialist on stores, individual BA's and MU Artist productivity (Sales, IPT, ASP)
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Sales Support:

• Support sales teams by providing in-depth product training and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
• Work closely with store managers and sales staff to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.

3. Brand Representation:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and standards.
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure consistency in the delivery of brand messages across all training sessions.

4. Evaluation and Feedback:

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the Education Manager on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Implement follow-up training sessions as needed to reinforce learning and address gaps.

5. Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the marketing commercial excellent team, retail excellence team to understand objectives set for each key retailer and brand, define gaps and work towards improving and closing these sales force-related, productivity-related gaps.
• Participate in regional meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform training content and techniques.

Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Trainer, Field Trainer, or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate retail staff and Beauty Advisors.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
