Job Description
We are looking for a candidate passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. Our ENX(TM) Sustainability AI integrates IoT sensors and intelligent controls to:
Perform energy monitoring
Optimise ACMV, lighting, and plug loads
Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality
Monitor data centre infrastructure
Report sustainability KPIs in real-time
With its modular system architecture, ENX(TM) can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new builds, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for existing facilities. Our customers have reduced energy consumption by up to 40%.
Responsibilities
Field Deployment
: Interpret drawings, BOMs, and Scopes of Work from the Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate, and implement projects at client sites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, device configuration, and sensor installation. Document progress, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Deliver technical training for clients and end-users.Data Analysis & Technical Support
: Analyse data from BMS, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ sensors, and PLCs. Provide field technical support and maintenance services. Work with Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.Job Requirements
Degree or higher in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering/IT, ideally in Building Services or Industrial Automation, with strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTU devices, and networking equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, independent, organized, and detail-oriented. Willingness to travel to client jobsites within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
