Field Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through smart energy management. This is achieved using our ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform, which integrates IoT sensors and intelligent controls to:

Monitor energy usage Optimize ACMV, lighting, and plug loads Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality Monitor data center infrastructure Report sustainability KPIs in real-time
With its modular architecture, ENX(TM) Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new construction projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, seamlessly integrating with existing BMS infrastructure. Our clients have achieved up to 40% reduction in energy consumption.

Responsibilities

Field Deployment:

Review and interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Works (SOW) provided by the Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects at client sites, including site surveys, managing subcontractors, and configuring/installing devices and sensors. Record project progress, observations, and recommendations for ongoing improvements. Deliver technical training to clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Data Analysis & Field Technical Support:

Analyze data from various equipment, devices, and sensors, including BMS, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ sensors, and PLCs. Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services. Work closely with the Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements

Degree or higher in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field Minimum 5 years of engineering/IT experience, preferably in building services or industrial automation, with strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTU devices, and networking equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for technology, ability to work independently, highly organized, with strong attention to detail Willing to travel to client sites within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
