Responsibilities;

To perform troubleshooting on network equipment as well as customer premise equipment

Conduct maintenance of electrical systems

Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure.

Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems.

Troubleshooting issues with cable network.

Handling basic repairs and maintenance.

Provide high-quality service to all customers

Other ad-hoc task as and when required by the department

To perform trouble ticket (TT)/Docket

To perform test call/speed call

Configuration at sites

Qualifications

SPM / Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering / Certificate with major in Telecommunication or other related fields

WAH/ CIDB/ NIOSH certification in a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

Experience using hand and electrical tools

Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
