• You are responsible for developing sales opportunities for equipment and service-specific products.
• You will be involved in new set-up and maintenance of Siemens Healthineers Lab Diagnostic developed applications.

• You will be responsible for installation of servers, hardware operating system set up.
• You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of SHS software.
• You will be responsible to provide both remote and onsite support including troubleshooting and resolution.

• You shall have worked experience on Networking, Linux, SQL and Windows Server.
• You will be having experience on Hospital LIS. (Lab Informatic System).
• You will be actively interacting with customers and business process owners.
• You will be responsible to resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints.

• You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology / Computer Science or equivalent / Biomedical Engineer
• You shall have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare informatics domain.

Your attributes and skills:

• You have strong IT background and exposure.
• You shall have C++ / Strong IT Background experience.
• You have Customer Facing Experience
• You have exposure to Software System Monitoring
