Job Description

- Installation of PC, printers, network switches
- Check and maintain computer hardware and peripherals such as mouse, keyboards, printers and scanners, computer networking
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Perform preventive maintenance for computers and printers
- Work under pressure with minimum supervision, and meet SLA and KPI given

Requirements:
- Previous working experience as IT Technician for at least 3 years is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- At least Skill Certificate (SKM / others), Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field
- Problem solver and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
- Certification as IT Technician will be a big plus
- Familiar with Windows 10, 11, office 2013, office 2016, office 2019, O365
- Solid knowledge in Windows base applications and system
- Able to work according to rules and regulations
- Work onsite at customer's premise
- Possesses own transport (car) with valid driving license
- Local Malaysian
- Coverage area: Muadzam and surrounding area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
