Duties & Responsibilities

Key operational contact person at assigned region. Responsible to conduct field operation cycle meet & major training initiatives at regional level. To lead, coach and manage Field Executive at assigned region in achieving agreed monthly promoter sales & engagement targets. Oversee daily operation matters to ensure smooth execution. To ensure team members follow strictly the agreed operational, training and logistics SOPs set. To review and share feedback for region team submission on market intelligence reports, sales and engagement achievement tracking for Project Manager bi-weekly presentation. To conduct periodic field visit with the objective to monitor promoter activation plans and merchandising initiatives that supports in-store sell-out excellence.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma.

- 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions

Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required Stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency. Positive attitude, enthusiastic, optimistic, hardworking, and challenge lover. Strong analytical and communication skills Able to work independently as well as a team player Have an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
