Lead, coach, and support promoters to drive strong in-store performance and KPI achievement. Conduct field audits, track attendance, and ensure brand and product execution meets standards. Drive shopper engagement, product promotion, and proper sampling activities in-store. Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate reporting, and resolve operational issues quickly. Build strong relationships with clients, retailers, and internal teams while ensuring team welfare.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
