Evaluate Field Force Agents' capability, product knowledge and selling skill by written paper test/role play.
Build good relationships with the outlet's person-in-charge and all Floor Sales Staff.
Give full cooperation to the Client to communicate and feedback on all sales, stock, price and service-related matters.
Consistently learn and improve personal communication skills to conduct training in more professional ways.
To acquire all product knowledge and channel it to Floor Sales Staff.
To provide accurate product information to all target audience.
Physically be presentable in any occasion during operational hours.
To feedback all competitors' pricing and promotion or marketing activity or sales talk.
To feedback Dealer Floor Sales Manager feedback, both compliments and complaints on our product, price and promotion.
To provide input/insight of market demand to Master Trainer in order to develop an effective sales talk guide.
To design assessment questions which meant to evaluate Field Force Agents' product knowledge.
Participate in roadshows, events or any sales activities when necessary for the Client's sell out.
