Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly & Service Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to travel frequently to customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of testers in the semiconductor industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup:
Install and configure equipment at customer sites. Ensure proper setup and calibration to meet operational specifications.Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs the equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.Customer Support:
Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory management. Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted promptly.Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment meets quality and performance standards. Implement and follow quality control procedures.Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on customer sites. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Technical Training:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in industry trends. Participate in training programs and share knowledge with team members.Travel:
Travel frequently to customer sites, both locally and around Asia, to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
