Purpose Statement
To develop and maintain a feasible plan for hiring, training and management of personnel and to ensure quality issues, process and material flows are operated efficiently. About this Role
As part of APAC Business Strategy, we are establishing a regional repair centre called \xe2\x80\x9cService Depot\xe2\x80\x9d in Penang, Malaysia, to accelerate our Capital Equipment (\xe2\x80\x9cCE\xe2\x80\x9d) growth across APAC.
This is a customer-oriented role, responsible for regional technical support to capital equipment within Boston Scientific portfolio. You will be the subject matter expert in the products assigned to you in performing hands-on repair, maintenance, calibration, and technical solution to BSC service network. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiast of service delivery improvement as well as constantly looking at different ways to maximize ground efficiencies and deliver impeccable services. The successful candidate will also be offered opportunities within our regional call centre to participate and be part of our APAC Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
