Job Details:
Position : Field Service Engineer
Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1700)
Working Location : Bintulu, Sarawak
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)
Remuneration : Basic salary range between RM3,000 to RM5,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college in chemical engineering or applied chemistry.
- Any water treatment or water chemistry working experience will be advantage.
- Possess an own transport (car) and a valid driver\'s Licenses and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- The Field Service Representative is responsible for service function at the customers site assigned to him / her, under the direction of the Area / Account Manager.
- Responsibility include conducting routine water analysis, ensuring chemicals injection system in good condition, provide troubleshooting at customers site and other field related services assigned to him / her.
- This individual is responsible for his / her participation in the field-training program, including acquiring all assigned technical and application knowledge.
- He / she is responsible for developing customer rapport and goodwill, for learning and understanding the customers\' operations, and contribute to the area growth.
