Eng Advanced Diploma / Degree qualification If in-case the above is not available, 7 years of relevant work experience will be considered Have worked in an organization having 25 employees Has prior experience with team coordination and working with site-based employees Comfortable in handling personnel (for eg. human relations) related topics Must be able to communicate well within the local, regional, and global team Understands cultural differences and copes with them effectively. Must have the ability to improvise and willingness to experience unpredictable situations Within the multi-faceted demands / requirements of the role, must be able to project a positive attitude and display high-energy, perseverance and patience Professional English required, where an additional Asian language will be an advantage Some regional travel may be required Work environment: Office Non-office/ Project Site Office Driving license Other comments: This role will support all local & regional field execution. In addition, the successful candidate will be working with various stakeholders and databases for coordination (regional & international) which would mean working hours will be very flexible. Will consider fresh graduates/ candidates who are street smarts, Tech Savvy, with excellent communication, are dynamic, eager to learn and fast learner.
