Responsibilities / Tasks

• Travel to customer job sites to perform service, repair, troubleshooting, new installation/commissioning and customer training within APAC region.
• Conduct site surveys/inspections and propose maintenance or upgrade as required.
• Receive and/or direct calls from Customers regarding service or service-related issues.
• Provide second level technical assistance and solution that emerged during the life cycle of the machines for local Service organization and customer in APAC.
• Performs feasibility studies to respond to requests for modifications and retrofits of the installed machines.
• Supports claims, complaints, technical assistance requests and initiates corrective actions.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma or equivalent, in Mechanical/Automation/Chemical Engineering.
• Relevant experiences with minimum 2 years in similar industry.
• Availability for travel (mainly abroad in APAC region) with a duration up to 5 continuous days and for approximately 60% of time.
• Experience with site work, machinery maintenance and customer interaction are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly to managers, co-workers, and customers (verbally and written).
• Good technical writing skills / Documentation - clear, detailed, and concise Service Reports.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams (PID) and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently Experiences and/or basic process knowledge in any application sectors (like dairy, food, pharma, and chemical) or automation is an added advantage.
