Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleAs the Field Service Technician for Carrier, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be establish professional in New Equipment Modernization responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers. Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.Key Responsibilities:As a Field Service Technician, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

  • Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshoot on all HVAC equipment
  • Manage all allocated Service Sites and operate various Centrifugal, Screw & Reciprocating chillers and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians
  • Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC
  • Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements
  • Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all logbooks and manage all change processes and resolve all issues
  • Works under direct supervision to provide product and technical support.
  • Uses standard procedures to respond to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased.
  • Facilitates technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
  • Distributes technical documentation to improve the level of on-site maintenance and timely processing of product fault.
  • Coordinates technical service activities between customers, customer service representatives, sales representatives and field staff.

  • Diploma holder with strong experience
  • Min 2 years of experience in hands on technician role
  • Familiar with repairing and servicing
  • Has understanding on air conditioning within HVAC field
