POSITION SUMMARY

As of it Vertiv have open the door to choose the right candidate to become a part of Vertiv MY Operation Team as Assistant Commissioning Manager based at Johor with provides commissioning expertise and coordinates commissioning resources for the development of commissioning related deliverables, including participation in constructability and operability activities, and engineering design reviews.

Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively work with other functional departments within the organization and outside.
Must be able to establish strong working relationships with Site Operations Team and project execution teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
Excellent technical knowledge with troubleshooting skillset.
Work closely with project managers and project team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Ensures quality and timeliness of commissioning deliverables.
Leadership of the Commissioning Team in the development and implementation of the handover and commissioning strategy
Prepare, monitor, coordinate and report site activities, i.e. logistic, manpower arrangement, installation, and T&C, etc.
Taking lead during the CXL testing activity by managing in between customer, testing agent, consultant to get approximate result. Involve in the testing report preparations and to present the report if required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex mechanical challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience working in Data Centre industry.
Strong knowledge of data center Electrical/Mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers.
Solid technical foundation, very familiar with the architecture of data center power supply and refrigeration systems, as well as the principles, maintenance, and common faults of commonly used equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related discipline
