:Grow with usAbout this opportunity:Ericsson is looking for a Field Services -Team Lead (Eastern) to join our team. This role is centered on managing the Service Assurance functions for our contract. You\'ll take on reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance responsibilities within the scope of the service. As a customer-facing representative, you will collaborate with Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDUs) to secure Operational Performance.What you will do:

  • Assist Regional manager in managing sub region operation and maintenance activities.
  • Lead and guide field operation team in operation and maintenance activities 24x7
  • Responsible in handling trouble ticket through work order handling during fault incident for the assigned Network Services.
  • Ensure team is dispatched timely (as per the SLA / severity matrix) to the field to handle fault.
  • Ensure network managed are well maintained through periodic Preventive Maintenance activities as per the contractual obligation
  • Resolve escalation and notification from internal and external customer on network operation matters and customer experience.
  • Report to internal management and customer on OHS/HSSE incident involving team member within stipulated time.
  • Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the process.
  • To ensure security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives of the organization.
  • Alignment to the organizational guidelines, departmental processes & procedures
The skills you bring:
  • Certifications: Any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.
  • Technical and/or functional skills: Good knowledge of service networks / GSM Network / WCDMA network / LTE network / service applications characteristics and capabilities; Service Performance indicators and their interpretation. Basic Knowledge of services and service applications implementation/integration processes along with Access, Core, Transport, Cloud and Service Networks.
  • Knowledge in 5G network will be added advantageous.
  • Experience in leading a team (network operation, project)

Please note that this role will be based in Kuantan, Pahang.
