Salary Offered: RM3,000 to RM4,500 + 1 Month Completion Bonus

Contract Period: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can convert to permanent)

Location: Penang

Key Responsibilities: * \xe2\x9e\xa2 Working knowledge and skills to support a wide range of product lines (specialty gas and chemical and slurry) and ability to perform the following based on those product lines.

• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Has full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area) through job-related training and considerable work experience.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Completes a variety of atypical assignments
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain and install equipment where intermediate to advanced technical skills are required in hooking up, commissioning, testing, retrofitting, maintaining and troubleshooting chemical delivery equipment.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Install and debug software and controls.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Collect data and perform analysis on equipment to diagnose maintenance problems.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Identifies technical problems and implements solutions within the scope of capability to fully understand and safely implement repairs. Refers more complex problems to appropriate people within the organization.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Works with customers both internal and external to identify issues and resolve them.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Completes tasks in a timely manner that results in minimal loss of time and money due to error for both the customer and AES.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 For all work undertaken analyzes means of repair and ensures appropriate secondary planning to minimize any interruption to customer processes.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Understanding of and the ability to operate and install auxiliary equipment. Chemical/Slurry Systems: particle counters, flow meters, sampling systems, analytical equipment (assay, etc\xe2\x80\xa6), and system options as appropriate. Gas Systems: gas analyzers, flow meters, flow control valves, regulators,LSS.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Interactions involve solving problems that are often complex in scope and require individual judgment and technical capabilities as well as good customer relations skills.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Sensitivity to customer concerns and future business prospects.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Provide the Voice of the Customer to internal audiences and help the internal organization understand the needs and desires of our customers.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist in training customer personnel.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments

Requirements: * \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Controls and controls technology including the ability to debug controls, software problems, and install software
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to use math and computer skills to analyze data
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Knowledge of commonly used business software and technical software specific to our equipment
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to use appropriate hand or power tools and solid knowledge of appropriate work practices and safe work procedures
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to work in a clean-room environment
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to wear a respirator
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 Demonstrates strong work behaviors including organization, timeliness, dependability, and courtesy to others
• \xe2\x9e\xa2 3-6 years experience with relevant equipment and services
