Field Supervisor (based In Miri, Sarawak)
Job Description
Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 To supervise daily estate operation activities such as harvesting, manuring, upkeep and maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Execution of all aspects of supervision of oil palm plantation operations within their assigned area. \xc2\xb7 Supervise estates administration works by reporting to Management based on deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Planning and implementation of work schedules and program. \xc2\xb7 Check the discipline quality and standard of work which assigned to the field workers. \xc2\xb7 Providing overall guidance to subordinates or newly-recruited staff. \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess at least SPM/STPM or any relevant discipline \xc2\xb7 Experience in oil palm plantation will be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of local dialects an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
