Assign daily task for harvesting & maintenance mandore
Involved in daily supervising a group of general workers
Ensure the workers under his supervision comply with safety policy & MSPO standard of procedures
Responsible in job inspection for harvesting standard and quality
Monitor and supervise harvesting interval
Spot check grading at platform
Responsible for other duties as directed by the immediate superior by time
Job Requirements :
Possess a minimum of SPM or Certificate in Agriculture or any relevant field
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) and computer literate
Preferably has working experience as Field Supervisor in Oil Palm Plantation
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with leadership
Ability to manage a large number of workers
Can handle pressure and meet tight datelines
