Install, maintain, and troubleshoot communication networks for clients while ensuring system stability.
Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including managing customer support tickets.
Perform routine checks to maintain service quality and prevent potential network failures.
Track network issues and resolutions through a ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation.
Support IT teams in expanding and optimizing regional IT infrastructure.
Assist the Network Operations Center (NOC), provide field support, and help protect network infrastructure.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Professional Certification in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Possess strong troubleshooting, IT, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Willing to travel.
Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Passionate, self-motivated, and independent.
