Job Description
Job Scope:
- Perform field troubleshooting on access layer LTE/5G network services.
- Ensure fault restoration is within the SLA.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve the network stability.
- Execute and handle assigned WFM-IFS WO and ensure WO meets SLA.
- Ensure Apparatus Assignment (AA) are in place.
- Supervise project management duties , project acceptance, and documentation.
- Required to standby based on 24/7 roster.
- At least 2 years of experience in Field Operation and Telecom industry.
- Should have Working at Heigh (WAH), CIDB, TM NIOSH Safety Passport.
- Have prior experience/knowledge with LTE/5G network.
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Telecommunication: 2 years (Preferred)
- CIDB (Required)
- TM-NIOSH (Required)
- WAH (Required)
