Job Description
Job Scope:
- Perform 1st Level field troubleshooting on access layer LTE/5G network services.
- Ensure fault restoration is within the SLA.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve the network stability.
- Execute and handle assigned WFM-IFS WO and ensure WO meets SLA.
- Ensure Apparatus Assignment (AA) are in place.
- Supervise for daily execution, project acceptance, and documentation.
- Required to standby based on 24/7 roster.
- Salary is open for negotiation.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Field Operation.
- Certs: Working at Heigh (WAH), CIDB, TM NIOSH Safety Passport.
- Have prior experience/knowledge with LTE/5G network.
- Experience in tower climbing and computer troubleshooting.
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Telecommunication: 2 years (Preferred)
- CIDB / TM-NIOSH / WAH (Required)
