The Field Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that the brand values, product knowledge, and customer service standards are consistently upheld across all retail locations. This position requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of coaching and developing retail teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs for retail staff, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and brand culture. Conduct on-site training sessions at retail locations nationwide, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards. Collaborate with regional manager to assess training needs and develop tailored strategies to address them. Provide ongoing support and coaching to store teams, offering guidance and feedback to enhance performance and drive sales. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed. Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging work environment and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or training, preferably within the fashion industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams. Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs that drive results. Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
