Conduct regular field visits to rental properties or customers\' locations to inspect and verify the condition of rented products.
Interact professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the rental products and payment.
Check inventory against rental agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance, ensure weren\xe2\x80\x99t any damages, wear, and tear, or any signs of misuse, and documenting and report any findings.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with the available payment method and updating customers accordingly.
Coordinate with the rental operations team to schedule and prioritize field visits efficiently.
Collaborate with the maintenance or repair team to arrange for necessary repairs or replacements when needed.
Ensure adherence to rental policies, terms, and conditions during field visits.
Stay up to date on rental industry trends, product knowledge, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a relevant field are a plus.
Previous experience in a field visit or customer service role, preferably within the rental industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess installation address and document findings.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to travel to various locations within the assigned territory.
Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
Physical stamina to perform on-site inspections, which may involve lifting or moving rented products.
