Fieldwork - To carry out land survey tasks/jobs and expected to lead survey team independently with self-discipline and minimum supervision. - To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, and construction procedures. - Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. - To control and manage the site / building surveying work for demarcation, traverse and computation, spot height and detail survey. Drafting - To carry out computer aided design & drafting daily work such as drafting, editing and revising drawing including responsible to produce drawing within timeline. - Candidate with architectural knowledge are encourage to apply. - To do drafting and computation of survey data accurately with precision. - To plan and carry out all the necessary survey requirements of the company. - Co-ordinate with projects and account department on drawings and documents for issuance and filing purpose.
