Duties & Responsibilities

Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch point Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check Product hygiene & cleanliness Merchandising standards/guideline to maintain / defend Brand SOS Perfect execution & HQ compliance with strong ownership Maintain good relationship with outlet personnel Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions

- Timely & excellence promotion execution - Setup , price & maintain display

POSM deployment & disposal

- Accurate report tracking / on field data collection via FFAS - OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned

To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores? To negotiate for better shelves facing and/or display area

Job Requirements

Min "O" levels or equivalent Min 1 year of sales merchandising experience Physically fit Good time management skills Able to work under minimum supervision Able to travel island-wide * Good communication skills
