Film Production Intern

Job Summary

• To support and assist the Production team (Producer & Videographer)

Responsibilities

• Always enhance productivity and to have initiative to propose and
• To ensure full cooperation when assigned to a Producer and production team on different projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, including the Production Department\xe2\x80\x99s Standard Operations Procedures (S.O.P).
• To work closely with internal department and external parties
• Participate actively in developing content by supporting in research and development
• Assist in all areas of coordination and planning including preparing production timeline, production schedule and rundown.
• Assist in arranging recce and other logistics, booking accommodation and transportation for all shooting.
• To ensure to apply for permits and execute legal documentations with external parties as required by the Company.
• Inform crews/talents/make-up & hair-do/venue person-in-charge call time before and during recordings
• Collect the interviewees\xe2\x80\x99 info, pass the non-paid release form to interviewees for signature when necessary.
• To source and manage the required props for shooting
• Maintain the continuity scene of the shoot.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office, shooting venue or studio environment
• Maintain the safety and health of shooting team, bring along first-aid-kits during the recordings
• Assist the department in carrying out errands including purchasing of props, shooting items, stationery, and including the meals of the shooting team.
• Assist in the transfer, organizing and safekeeping of rushes after recording
• Assist in offline and online post-production.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
