\xe2\x80\x8bWe will count on you for:

• Responsible for building out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the Marsh McLennan FP&A team predominantly in Asia and Pacific region.
• Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization, putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines
• Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders
• Coordinate global processes from a regional perspective, such as allocations.
• Own and improve the quality of core financial data, to executive level reporting and decision making
• Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to deliver change, including Corporate and Regional CFOs
• Participate in strategic projects & initiatives
• Develop an understanding of Marsh McLennan systems, technology and tools. To advance the use of relevant BI reporting systems such as Power BI and Qlik.
• Manage and grow the team with a vision to become best in class

\xe2\x80\x8bWhat you need to have:

• \xe2\x80\x8bDegree in finance, accounting, business or economics
• 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in FP&A / relevant Finance domain
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage, manage and influence team members and senior stakeholders
• Strong financial and business acumen and project management with exceptional analytical skills
• Able to work supporting Australian and ASEAN Business Hours
