Client Background: Singapore based MNC- Focus on delivering quality Solutions and Services in Cloud, Cybersecurity and Network Security

Industry: IT industry

Location: Malaysia

Headcount: 1 headcount

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Basic salary + Bonus + Medical + Insurance + Optical & Dental + Working from home. Monday- Friday,9am- 6pm & more

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts, including passing journals, performing bank reconciliation, preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, maintaining fixed assets registers and general ledger.

Assist in monthly accounting reports, month-end and year-end closings.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.

Support day-to-day accounting operations and perform data entries. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled.

Assist in billing, invoicing and collection (account receivables) and coordinate with project teams/ sales team on invoicing/ collection matters.

Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including vendor invoices (account payable).

Able to handle SST.

Know how to submit EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc (Payroll preparation).

Ensure company\'s taxes are submitted on time.

Ensure proper filing of all financial documents.

Assist with budget preparation and ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget.

Assisting in year-end Audit and Taxation matters

Liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretary and bankers.

To perform any duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

Professional qualification as a CPA with taxation and audit experience is considered a plus.

Able to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Able to work with minimum supervision, independently and a strong team player.

Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Able to organize files and effectively retrieve data.

Attention to detail, excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

Verbal and written communications in English.
