Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily operations and reporting tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial processes, exposure to accounting standards, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic digital transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing

monthly bank reconciliations

and verifying transaction accuracy. Support the monitoring and documentation of

rental agreements

in compliance with

MFRS 16

. Help maintain and update the

fixed asset listing

, including tagging and tracking. Assist in preparing and reconciling

balance sheet listings

and schedules. Support

intercompany invoice postings

and ensure proper documentation. Participate in month-end closing activities and audit preparations. Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and reporting as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

payment batches

and compiling

supporting documents

for approval. Organize and maintain

AP records

, including invoices and payment files. Support

month-end closing

activities by preparing simple reports or reconciliations. Perform

administrative and data-entry tasks

to support the AP team. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
