Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
• To prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, budget and cash flow projections, financial report and other accounts related matters for management review as and when requested.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, monthly reconciliation with online payment service providers
• To monitor daily bank balances, cash flow and cash flow projection for the Company
• To handle and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other related authorities.
• To maintain fixed assets register up to date and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
• To overseeing the daily finance operation and develop a strong control environment and improvement of various processes.
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
• Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
• Work closely with Indonesian Finance Head to ensure all documents are properly collated for a timely submission.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment and other related tasks, as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• -Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting or equivalent/ professional qualification in Accounting
• Minimum 7 years of working experience
• Minimum 5 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in F&B industry
• Ability to sustain high level performance, problem solve and meet demanding work deadlines with limited supervision.
• Good management and interpersonal skills, attention to details and able to multitask
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and be proactive
• Familiar Operate SAP
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
