Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is a standard requirement.
Require at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or audit.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Oversee bank and cash management activities, including daily bank balance monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and monthly reconciliations.
Support external audits and year-end closing by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and providing required documentation.
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) while ensuring employee records are updated and compliant.
Handle general administrative matters such as company license renewals, property quit rent and assessment payments, and insurance policy management
