The opportunity You'll have the opportunity to provide clients an integrated, consistent, quality service that unlocks the potential of the finance function, covering the following functions: Financial Accounting Management Reporting & Budgeting Treasury Operational Accounts Payable & Receivable Your key responsibilities You will be assigned to one of the four aforementioned functions according to your skillset, where you will be: Involved in the timely preparation and submission of individual/group audited financial statements, management reports and other financial information in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and Company policies Planning and maintaining accounting activities for month end and year end closing by adhering to timeline and ensure completeness and accurate maintenance of accounting records. Prepare related parties' data and other financial information to support the relevant stakeholders request, such as coordinate with auditors, tax preparers, other business units. Planning and organizing efficient and effective daily operations of Accounts Payable with timeliness and precision. Planning, monitoring and analyzing the Order to Cash (O2C) value chain via evolving Accounts Receivables operations. Preparing annual budgeted financial statements including financial analysis, inputs and insights for strategic exchange and resource allocation activities. Organising and maintaining treasury accounting, as well as planning and implementing any new accounting standards and changes to MFRS/IFRS Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others Advanced written and verbal communication skills Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent Minimum 3 years of work experience in deep functional operations within one or more Finance functions (qualified managerial candidates may be considered for Manager) Proficiency with basic MS applications ie. Word, Excel and Powerpoint Flexibility to undertake secondment at client's premise, and open to a contractual employment arrangement Ideally, you'll also have Experience working in a professional commercial environment or in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream, Gas & New Energy, Downstream) Experience in SAP system implementation and business process transformation is an added advantage Experience in Power BI is an added advantage What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
